WHEREAS, the utilization of general magistrates and child support enforcement hearing officers in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida is set forth in circuit-wide Family Law administrative orders;

     NOW THEREFORE, I, JAMES R. CLAYTON, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order as follows:

1. Alexander Alvarez, Sandra Ambrose, Sharon Feliciano, and Denise Mensh are appointed to serve as General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

2. Their general powers and duties as general magistrates and child support enforcement hearing officers are those specified in Rules 12.490(c) and 12.491(e), Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, Rule 8.257(c), Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, and Family Law administrative orders regarding General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers.

3. In their capacities as General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers, they report to and are supervised by the Chief Judge or his/her designee.
