IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, EVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES

Re: FORMS FOR MARCHMAN ACT PROCEEDINGS

Ref: PB-2005-016-SC (Rescinds PB-2002-018-VL)

WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the adoption of standardized forms for Marchman Act proceedings is in the best interest of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, and

WHEREAS, the standardized forms for Marchman Act proceedings have recently been revised;

NOW THEREFORE, I, JULIANNE PIGGOTTE, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order the adoption and use of the forms attached hereto* for Marchman Act proceedings in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida until further order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Administrative Order # PB-2002-018-VL is hereby rescinded.

Nothing in this Order shall prohibit judges from modifying or deviating from the attached “form” orders* in individual cases, or as circumstances warrant.

TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties.
