IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA, SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR FLAGLER, PUTNAM, ST. JOHNS AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES

Re: Appointment of Neal Coffman as Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer

Ref: FM-2022-010-SC

        WHEREAS, the utilization of child support enforcement hearing officers in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida is set forth in a circuit-wide Family Law administrative order;

          NOW THEREFORE, I, JAMES R. CLAYTON, Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby order as follows:

  1. Neal Coffman, Esq., is appointed to serve as a Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
  1. Coffman’s general powers and duties as a child support enforcement hearing officer are those specified in Rule 12.491(e), Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, and Family Law administrative order regarding Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers.
  1. Coffman is appointed for the singular purpose of providing services pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and is permitted to provide child support enforcement hearing officer services in Title IV-D cases only.
  1. In his capacity as a Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer, Mr. Coffman reports to and is supervised by the Court Administrator or his/her designee.
