Re: Addresses And Social Security Numbers Of Parties On Final Judgments

WHEREAS, it has been made known to the undersigned that the efficient and proper  administration of justice and the processing of Circuit Civil and County Civil matters requires the inclusion of the addresses and social security numbers of each party on Final Judgments as required in Section 55.01(2), Florida Statutes;

NOW THEREFORE, I, ROBERT K. ROUSE, JR., Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, hereby order as follows:

  1. When a party submits a proposed Final Judgment to the Clerk of the Court or to the Judge for signature, the Final Judgment shall contain the address and the social security number, if known to the prevailing party, of each person against whom judgment is rendered.

TO BE RECORDED in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia Counties.
